Issue Description

The error is reproduced with different files:
hover
codeLens
...
However, it has been reproduce from the last update in Visual Studio Code. So, it is very possible that the error will be in that update package.

Steps to Reproduce

There is no necessary any additional step to reproduce the issue. When I open some files, the error appears.
