Continues the work on removing CAS remnants, this time again method proxies and "helpers" from
SecurityHelper, which makes it almost finished effort with the rest of the PRs currently submitted.This just removes
MessageBoxproxies used byDocumentsViewercontrol.Customer Impact
Decreased size of assemblies, cleaner codebase for developers.
