This PR adds complete Filipino (Tagalog) language support to DrawDB.
It includes:
filipino) for the language pickertl.translationmap containing translations for:All menu items (File, Edit, View, Settings, etc.)
Diagram operations (tables, relationships, notes, enums, types, subject areas, etc.)
Error & validation messages
Timeline & task management strings
DBML view, multiselect, bulk update, sharing
All recent DrawDB features and UI components
All keys are translated following the DrawDB i18n format and exactly match the key set of existing languages for maximum consistency.
