Looking for new maintainers

A few months ago, I started working on first-order-wrapper. I left it in a half-polished state, while I went to work on other, seemingly more important projects.

Today, it has over a thousand stars and 40 unresolved issues. I still don't have the time or the resources to continue development, but it is evident that there is still a very significant number of people who care about this project and its future.

I'm looking for new maintainers. If you'd like to become involved in the project and have experience with projects like this, leave a comment here. I'll give collaborator access to the person (or people?) I find most fit for the job, or if you have a fork I can link it in the README as the official successor.

Here are some factors I'll be considering:

• Does the user have a fork with at least 1 additional commit?
• Has the user worked on other Python projects?
• Has the user contributed to other machine learning projects?
