不好意思，应该是我之前的表述不太准确，在Claudecode里的错误更像是：输入第一个指令后再输入第二个指令，执行第二个指令的时候会把第一个指令再操作一次。

Claude Code 自己循环执行任务是 Claude Code 的行为 — 不是 proxy 问题。proxy 只转发 messages，不控制 Claude Code 什么时候决定调工具。如果每次调工具返回失败它会重试→循环。检查工具调用有没有实际成功（看 LOG_LEVEL=debug 里 ToolParser 有没有 matched）。
