Combine "Resources" content in docs

The docs homepage (https://earthaccess.readthedocs.io/en/latest/) includes "Community resources", _and_ there's a separate resources page (https://earthaccess.readthedocs.io/en/latest/resources/)

I like making the home page short. Anything below the fold that the user has to scroll to see is effectively hidden, IMO. Let's combine all this in to one resources page?
