Describe the bug

Open Console Dashboard command fails to open the console UI. I think this is because Che logins to the internal IP of the cluster. I see that on hosted Che.

Issues go stale after 180 days of inactivity. lifecycle/stale issues rot after an additional 7 days of inactivity and eventually close.

Currently, it takes me to a page that says the client state could not be verified. But right underneath that message is a link Console, and clicking that takes me to the console dashboard, correctly logged in.
