- New @ekai/openrouter — proxy + real-time memory integration
- Unified scripts/launcher.js to start all services with ENABLE_* toggles
- User API key passthrough for OpenRouter
- Fixed critical Docker issues: DB data loss on container recreate, container crash on startup (wait -n), image bloat, cold-start latency
- Docs: corrected database path references, added data persistence guide
