[Framework] Clean up force_native framework run mode

Problem Description

With agentless connectors we no longer need to run the framework in "force_native" mode, instead we treat managed (native) and self-managed connectors in a same way.

Now, the API key for native connectors comes from fleeet and we don't need to do anything special about native connectors.
