[Security Solution][Alert KPI] Hover action in top alerts are sometimes hard to use

Kibana version:
8.14

Describe the bug:
When a user zoom out or has a high resolution screen, hover action in top alert chart is sometimes hard to activate, because the hover action is only accessible while hovering over the host name.

How to reproduce

• Go to Alerts page
• Zoom out (~150%)
• Go to top alerts in summary and hover over a row
• Notice it is sometimes hard to trigger the hover action

Hover action should wrap around the entire progress bar
