[Entity Store] Double click on enabling entity store causes issues

Describe the bug:
Once you double click entity store enable toggle, you might (or might not) get issues

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open /app/security/entity_analytics_entity_store
2. On the top right corner, double (or multiple) click on the toggle to enable entity store

Expected behavior:
Entity store is enabled without errors.

The errors are not always the same, depends on the concurrent creation of resources. But e.g.

Similar thing happens with quick setup/teardown in integration tests. Might want to check what API calls are being made underneath (enable/disable/restart).

I see that issue #229418 is unassigned and marked as good first issue / low hanging fruit.

This sounds like a classic front-end debounce/throttle issue where the UI is allowing multiple rapid API calls (enable/disable) before the first one completes, which then leads to race conditions and errors on the backend, as @kubasobon noted.

The fix would involve implementing a simple debounce or throttle mechanism on the toggle's click handler to prevent rapid, concurrent state changes.

I am confident I can implement this protective measure quickly and would like to take ownership of this issue. Could you please assign it to me?
