[Dashboard usability] Adding hyperlinks to the dataviews in the inspector

Describe the feature:
Users would like to see the dataview in the inspector (not only the indeces) and get a link to view it in Kibana -> Stack Management -> Data View -> Data View Settings.

This would make it easier for users, especially those who are not Elastic specialists, to access full details of the Data View.

I noticed the conversation about this issue, and it looks like it might have stalled or become unassigned since the initial comment from @Jaeppetto.

As this is labeled a good first issue / low hanging fruit, I'd be very happy to pick this up and complete it quickly to add this usability improvement.

The feature—adding a clickable hyperlink to the Data View settings page within the inspector—is a great quality-of-life enhancement. I can prioritize implementing this small, well-defined feature right away.

Unfortunately, I have a lot of other work to do, so I don't think I can handle the issue. If you don't mind, I think you can pick one. :)
