[Automatic Migrations] Incorrect migrations selected

Kibana version: 9.3

Describe the bug:

All the migrations with the same name were selected after clicking on one.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a few migrations with the same name
2. Visit migrations page
3. Select one of the migrations.

Expected behavior:
Only the selected migration should be active.
