[Security:More:Intelligence] Indicator detail announced incorrectly

Description
When user clicks on expand on one of the indicators, Kibana announces the resulting flyout as "...you are in a modal dialog.." which doesn't give an information to non-sighted user

Preconditions
Security →More->Intelligence is populated

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Security →More->Intelligence
2. Turn on VoiceOver
3. Click on "exoand" next to an indicator
4. Notice Kibana announcing this as "...you are in a modal dialog.."

Kibana Version: 9.3.0

OS: OS X

Browser: Chrome latest
