[Dashboards] Change copy in Dashboard menu

Problem

There are multiple problems with how we name our visualization options in the dashboard menu

• We use our internal tool name "Lens" which doesn't mean anything for first-time users (also, Lens as a standalone editor will eventually be removed in the future and this name will make even less sense)
• Users usually miss the fact that they can create visualizations using ES|QL (name and icon are not representative of what users can do)
• The ES|QL visualizations are also technically Lens, the only difference is that they need a query
• The ES|QL visualizations will soon support other languages like PROMQL
• Users looking for Vega charts cannot easily find it (Vega is a well-established viz language)

Solution

• Change Lens by Visualizations
• Change ES|QL by Visualizations - query mode
• Change the icon of ES|QL visualizations to a code icon
• Rename Custom visualization to Vega visualization
• In the Add panel menu change the title Visualizations by ...
