[Lens] Show modal window for drilldowns in the right place

Problem:
When a visualization has drilldowns, we displayed a modal with two options: Apply filter to current view or . The problem is that this modal can get displayed very far away from the place the user clicked so the user completely misses these options and just seems the clicking to filter functionality is broken.

Solution:
Keep the modal next to the mouse when users click
