This PR fixes a problem with list continuation in the Common SAML issues page (https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elastic-stack-overview/master/trb-security-saml.html) when it's generated via Asciidoctor.
Related to elastic/docs#649
The page on the left is the expected behaviour and the page on the right was the asciidoctor behaviour.
