Optimistic state on the server

Implement the pattern to broadcast_from_self to other shape streams in order to short-circuit putting changes on the stream without going through the DB.

Discuss if this is still necessary.
Seems good for LiveView but would the performance improvement would justify the work given this is in the backend already?
