Replaces old Detection/Triage/Collaboration sections with sections that mirror the actual nav: AI Agent, Data Tests, Data Lineage, Alerts & Incidents, Performance & Cost, Catalog & Governance, Data Health. All card links verified against existing pages. Also adds schema-validation-test to dbt Tests nav group so it's reachable from both the features page and the sidebar.
