uuid_generate() returns same IDs when called in AudioWorklet

uuid_generate() returns the same UUID on every call when called in an AudioWorklet instead of random UUIDs.

This is a follow-up to #26522 and #26526. For the context, I am trying to upgrade Emscripten from v3 to v5 in projects at BandLab.
