OpenPepXL 1.1 full release

OpenPepXL 1.1 is now integrated in the official OpenMS 2.5 release.
You can download OpenMS here:

Pre-release of OpenMS 2.5,

Updated for KNIME 4.0 and above.
You can directly install the OpenMS and Generic Workflow Nodes from the ...KNIME-plugin.zip archive without further dependencies.
