Variants with an open value

It would be useful to have a variant with non-fixed values. The validity of the input will be decided by the module.

Work on this feature is almost finished and I can confirm it will be part of version 5.1.

Starting Modules 5.1, providing a list of accepted value will not be mandatory anymore on variant modulefile command. For such variant any value is accepted.
