When using this script with Rocket.Chat, it seems that server doesn't handle newlines properly. Added new line substitution to `\\n` Please test with Slack and Mattermost if possible.

I'm not going to merge these changes in since I don't really intend for this to be used on Mattermost nor do I have a place to test it with Mattermost, but I'm going to reference this PR in the README. |
