Adds a teacher-aligned architecture overview that presents the project by DevSecOps phases, concrete frameworks/tools, GitOps deployment architecture, multi-cloud DR, and current verification evidence. Also updates existing readiness/demo docs to use the current ArgoCD application names and healthy deployment evidence.
