When get_accessibility_tree uses its default filter: "all", the accessibility serializer intentionally includes CSS-hidden and aria-hidden nodes, so a dormant verification dialog kept in the DOM is passed to detectChallengeDialog and activates a CAPTCHA gate. This can immediately stop an otherwise unrelated run as manual_required or route a paid solve even though no challenge is visible; only visibility-filtered tree content or a separate live visibility check should be allowed to create the gate.

When a visible multi-step modal keeps a hidden CAPTCHA stage mounted, innerText correctly omits that stage but the subsequent textContent match includes it and falsely classifies the current modal as a verification challenge. The candidate detector repeats this full-subtree matching and associates widgets by containment without checking the widget's visibility, so a hidden reCAPTCHA in that inactive stage can become solve_required, block the active modal, and consume solver quota; challenge labels and associations should be derived only from rendered descendants.
