Chat channels

This may need some design work, to make sure that conversations are easily accessible (as opposed to being "hidden" and harder for people to get involved in), while being able to split up conversations, but without being too complex...

Also, the current tabbing system might not scale well on the mini-chat for many channels if each channel should be displayed as a tab, as well as the fact that the user list is currently it's own tab.

also in terms of getting help for code-up & specs, have you contacted @vineetsk1 ?

@rhiju I've been working with him primarily to the server set up. If anyone is interested in helping, I'd always appreciate it (particularly after I can get my current code cleaned up and things are finalized). I do know that he is quite busy.
