Please create a separate branch to support tensorflow-1.0 as previous version are used by many.
This is to avoid the exception "Descriptors should not be created directly, but only retrieved from their parent."
Updated network.py to support tensoflow-1.0

Using the currently newest version of python-protobuf, the original project might throw "Descriptors should not be created directly, but only retrieved from their parent."
To solve this, the file creating descriptors must be named with suffix "_pb2.py".
