Update dependencies for
eudi-lib-ios-iso18013-data-transferandeudi-lib-ios-openid4vci-swift. Enhance Claim metadata to include value types and improve JSON conversion methods. Decode jpeg and png string values as image data. Add tests for SD-JWT claims.
