Add React Native configure instructions

Summary

• add React Native CLI and Expo options to the Svelte project configure dashboard
• add matching React Native/Expo instructions to the legacy Angular configure page
• show AsyncStorage as an explicit peer dependency install and include Expo plugin guidance
• fix legacy configure snippets so API keys update after the async default-token load

Verification

• npm run check (src/Exceptionless.Web/ClientApp)
• npx prettier --check 'src/routes/(app)/project/[projectId]/configure/+page.svelte'
• local Aspire health checks for API, Svelte, and Angular
