Multi-line content in dropdown has extra spacing on first line

Describe the problem

Normal content:

Content in dropdown:

This is because the first line of text in the dropdown content gets an extra sd-card-text

What should actually happen is that the content should be wrapped in a div which has that class.

Steps to reproduce

Put more than one line of content into a dopdown directive:

.. dropdown:: Leave debug mode off in production!

    Turning on ``IDOM_DEBUG_MODE`` will:

    - leak secrets
    - display error messages to your users
    - add extra checks that slow down your app

After looking a little more closely it looks like this might be caused by something else than what is described originally. I'm not really sure what right now...
