Indent MyST Markdown examples

Indenting nested directives (see executablebooks/MyST-Parser#493 (comment)) will make the examples more readable

I guess the only thing is that this won't "work" with colon-fence's intended purpose; to have CommonMark renderers render the internal Markdown
