Share `ebp-bot` GitHub login credentials

We have an ebp-bot github user for handling tokens that we use in some actions. We have it documented here but I don't believe we have the password stored somewhere.

Can @chrisjsewell please share the password and/or other access credentials for this account so that we can have it on-file to share with others on the team?
