Adding three team members from TU Delft to the core team

I've added three people to the core team github team in executablebooks:

• @FreekPols
• @douden
• @Tom-van-Woudenberg

They're all part of the TU Delft teams that have been deploying Jupyter Book in their educational use-cases for some time now. They've asked for merge rights on a few of the extension repositories to keep them up to date, since they're still using JB1 for many of their workflows. @FreekPols vouched for his team-mates and I trust him, so I think it's safe to add them. I'm just noting this for visibility!

Thank you for the trust and the opportunity to contribute more actively to the repositories. On behalf of @Tom-van-Woudenberg and myself, we really appreciate being added to the core team.

We’ll make sure to follow the guidelines outlined in the Team Compass as best as we can.

If you notice any areas where we could improve or align better with the practices, please don’t hesitate to educate us—we’re eager to learn and keep things consistent.
