[Feature Request] add option image to DATV Modulator plugin

to have a new option named "image" at the selectionbox "file" or "udp" which is broadcasting a still video of a given image, would be very helpfull.
so if a testcard is chosen as image a simple testcard signal for transmission allignments or tests would be very beneficial.
having the chance to enter a program id as input field would be great as well.

asking for this enhancement since creating a test videofile is taking too much time for quick testing purposes.

This looks like a good idea. People widely use still images on the QO-100 DATV channels. Quite often one would like to insert some moving artifact like a clock for example to know if the stream is still alive as in most cases the receiver will keep the last image when the transmission drops. An option to add a time display with the seconds could be interesting also.
