I think just one button is OK. I was a bit worried by the many controls and displays of the measurements feature that would deserve an interface on it own but this was already discussed in the corresponding PR |

This PR adds a button to the spectrum GUI to save the spectrum data to text file
Thoughts? Not a frequently used operation sure, but not sure where else the button could go other than perhaps a popup menu.
