Motivation

Completes missing Spanish translations in @docusaurus/theme-translations.
Currently, 10 strings in theme-common.json are untranslated (still in English). Additionally, the Reset button in theme-live-codeblock.json was not translated.
This PR also improves translation quality for admonition.tip ("tip" → "consejo") and admonition.info ("info" → "información"). Related to #3526.

Test Plan

Verified that both JSON files are valid and all translation keys are preserved.
