Remove TabBarIOS from the docs

This component was removed from core in facebook/react-native@0269729 and should be removed from the docs.

I believe that simply removing tabbarios.md may not work, as Docusaurus might have trouble handling the removal. We may need to add a notice instead, explaining the component has been removed from core.
