TextLayout::default() and JsonLayout::default() have timezone names

I'm using TextLayout::default() and JsonLayout::default() and all my timestamps come out with the full timezone name in addition to the offset.

E.g. "[America/Los_Angeles]" in

2025-09-24T17:21:07.243627-07:00[America/Los_Angeles]  INFO ******: main.rs:123 logging DEBUG to STDERR

{"timestamp":"2025-09-24T17:29:20.495731-07:00[America/Los_Angeles]","level":"INFO","target":"******","file":"****/main.rs","line":123,"message":"logging DEBUG to STDERR","kvs":{}}

I don't see that in any of the examples, am I missing some option to enable/disable that?

It's included always now. Would you like to disable the timestamp from printing, or change its format?

I'd like to just omit the timezone name, it's redundant with the offset and produces a fair amount of clutter. I could create my own layouts, but it seems overkill just to control this one thing.

Reasonable. I'm reviewing File appender's methods now. So if you can read jiff's docs and see how to omit the timezone name, I'm glad to accept a PR.

I guess strftime should work. But the author may know how to leverage a DateTimePrinter. You can ask on its DIscussion forum if anything unclear.

No. I don't think #155 would be merged. Let me close that.

#155 can be only proceeded once the lib factor out gets done and we may or may not provide a chrono based file appender impl.
