* Enable EIC7700 dwmac network driver. * Apply Rust + GCC support patchset. * Enable TH1520 PWM driver. * Enable Spacemit K1 I2S sound driver. * Enable Freescale QSPI driver for Spacemit K1. * Enable Anlogic and Tenstorrent SoC support. Also cherry pick some patchsets from upstream to make our kernel available on SG2042 devices before Linux 7.0 released. * Apply SG2042 WRITE_ONCE fixes patchset. * Apply generialize MSI address mask bit width patchset to make R5 220/230 GPU works on SG2042.
