简单了新建了一个jsloader，用于检测script文件加载。并准备使用添加英文文档。今天尝试实现一个小功能的时候，发现需要检测web app资源加载情况。想起这个小的工具，于是pull了，下来。发现支持加载的东西有点少，于是自己添加了一个js loader。:-)
