I assume the correct link is https://www.fipguide.org/de/generalinformation/#versteuerung

However, the target page just has one sentence to add and then just refers back to the site with the broken link. Unless there will be more content there soon, I'd prefer omitting the link altogether here.

The ID auto-generation only works for headlines in markdown files, but this one is defined in HTML.
