fix(firestore): Preserves microseconds when serializing implicit DateTime values

## Description

Implicit DateTime conversion truncated Firestore timestamps to milliseconds before serialization. This preserves microseconds by encoding DateTime values as Timestamp seconds and nanoseconds on native platforms and web, with unit and integration regression coverage.
