Test Mini EQ issue 35 fix

Draft test build for bhack/mini-eq#35.

This is intentionally not a release update. The Mini EQ source points at a pinned upstream git commit so the reporter can test the fix without spending another release number.

• Do not merge this PR as-is.
• The normal release manifest drift check intentionally fails because this draft replaces the release archive source with a pinned git source for test-build generation.
