Document yaml support in configuration

This is to document yaml support provided by fluent/fluent-bit#4621

• Separate yaml and classic mode. administration: configuration: add yaml config mode docs #739
• Add presentation of configuration modes (classic, yaml).
• Add configuration file section.
• Add Input samples.
• Add Filters samples.
• Add Output samples.
• Add multi pipelines samples.
