Feature: provide a way to open parent repo from submodule #2253
Description
The "submodules" sidebar item provides a convenient way to open submodule repos in Fork.
It'd be nice to have a way in the UI to go the other direction: when looking at a submodule in Fork, I'd like a quick way to open the parent repo in Fork.
