.NET Standard 2.0 not being compiled or consumed properly

FCS tracking issue for ionide/FsAutoComplete#180 and ionide/FsAutoComplete#183

FCS 14.0.1 is pushed (or will be soon). It is based on PR dotnet/fsharp#3480

This is NOT marked alpha but should be vetted carefully. It's possible the change in build processes may have caused some inadvertent change

After the above PR is accepted we will xcopy/mirror the relevant parts of the Microsoft/visualfsharp repo into this repo and update docs

@dsyme the PR was merged, and it looks like this repo needs to be updated before FSAC and Ionide can be updated, correct?

@ninjarobot FCS 14.0.1 has been publixhed, you just need to upgrade to that

It was published with an equivalent build from Microsoft/visualfsharp, we will copy the code here sooner or later, and publish docs

@ninjarobot Updated to 14.0.2 FCS - the compiler API was inadvertently private in the .NET Standard version of FCS
