Migrate tests from xUnit to MSTest and update .gitignore

This pull request migrates the test projects from xUnit to MSTest and updates all related test code and dependencies accordingly. The changes ensure consistency by updating test attributes and assertions to use MSTest conventions, and by removing all xUnit references from the codebase.

Testing framework migration:

• Replaced xUnit dependencies (xunit, xunit.runner.visualstudio) with MSTest dependencies (MSTest.TestFramework, MSTest.TestAdapter) in Directory.Packages.props, G5e.AzureDevOpsServerMCP.UnitTests.csproj, and G5e.AzureDevOpsServerMCP.IntegrationTests.csproj. [1] [2] [3]
• Removed xUnit-specific <Using Include="Xunit" /> entries from test project files. [1] [2]

Test code updates:

• Changed all [Fact] attributes to [TestMethod] and added [TestClass] where necessary in test classes (RepositoryToolsFixtureTests.cs, WorkItemToolsFixtureTests.cs). [1] [2]
• Updated all assertions from Assert.Equal, Assert.True, Assert.NotEmpty, and Assert.Contains to their MSTest equivalents, such as Assert.AreEqual, Assert.IsTrue, Assert.IsFalse, and StringAssert.Contains.

Solution and housekeeping:

• Added .gitignore to the solution items in G5e.AzureDevOpsServerMCP.slnx to ensure proper source control hygiene.

These changes standardize the test infrastructure on MSTest, making future maintenance and integration easier.
