* Corrected the naming of the poker example - it is actually Fig 2.2 in Myerson (Fig 2.1 is the version without information sets!) * Added the pair Fig 2.3/2.4 as a first test of the process of adding games.

This is WIP tracking progress towards adding the games from Myerson (1991) to the catalog - testing and refining the process for adding games (and the documentation of that process) as we go.
