The existence of LocalNearRing( k, l, m, n, w ) and of AllLocalNearRings( k, l, m, n ) to me suggest that there should also be a function NumberLocalNearRings( k, l, m, n )

Maybe in plural NumberLocalNearRings and a synonym NrLocalNearRings similarly to the Small Groups Library?
