Summary

gstack now works with Factory Droid. This makes it the first skill library that works across Claude Code, Codex, and Factory Droid.

Multi-host generation:

--host factory (alias: --host droid) generates 29 skills to .factory/skills/gstack-*/SKILL.md
--host all generates for all 3 hosts in one invocation with fault-tolerant per-host error handling
Refactored Codex-specific code into shared processExternalHost() helper (Approach B from CEO review)

Factory-specific features:

Frontmatter: user-invocable: true on all skills, disable-model-invocation: true on 6 sensitive skills (ship, land-and-deploy, guard, careful, freeze, unfreeze)
Tool name translation: Claude Code names ("use the Bash tool") → generic phrasing ("run this command")
Path rewrites: .claude/skills → .factory/skills, ~/.claude/skills/gstack → $GSTACK_ROOT

Operational surface:

bin/gstack-platform-detect — prints table of installed agents, versions, skill paths, gstack status
scripts/skill-check.ts — Factory health dashboard alongside Codex
bin/gstack-uninstall — Factory artifact cleanup
setup — Factory auto-detection via command -v droid, runtime root, skill linking
.github/workflows/skill-docs.yml — Factory freshness check in CI
